These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the CallKal mobile application (“CallKal”, “the App”, “we”, “our”).
By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree, do not use the App.
1. Purpose of the App
CallKal is an analytical assistant designed for delivery couriers.
The App provides analytical insights and visual tools to help couriers better understand delivery offers, time efficiency, and market conditions.
CallKal does not:
• provide delivery orders,
• assign work,
• guarantee earnings,
• influence pricing, availability, or acceptance of orders.
All decisions made based on insights from the App remain solely the responsibility of the user.
2. Subscription and Payments
CallKal operates on a subscription-based model with limited free access.
• Subscriptions are offered on a monthly and/or annual basis.
• All payments, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are handled exclusively by Apple through the App Store.
• CallKal does not process payments directly and does not store payment information.
You may manage or cancel your subscription at any time via your Apple ID settings.
3. No Guarantees or Professional Advice
CallKal provides analytical and informational content only.
The App does not guarantee:
• income levels,
• hourly earnings,
• order frequency,
• acceptance rates,
• or performance outcomes.
Insights provided by CallKal should not be considered financial, professional, or contractual advice.
4. User Responsibilities
By using the App, you agree that you will:
• use the App only for lawful purposes,
• comply with applicable laws and platform policies,
• make independent decisions regarding your work and deliveries.
You acknowledge that CallKal does not control third-party courier platforms and is not responsible for their actions or decisions.
5. Screen Recording and System Permissions
Some features of CallKal work only when the user has enabled screen recording through iOS system controls.
Screen recording is initiated and controlled entirely by the user and the iOS operating system.
CallKal does not start, manage, or control screen recording on its own.
CallKal does not store, transmit, or share screen recordings.
Screen recording access can be enabled or disabled at any time through your device’s system settings.
6. Third-Party Platforms
CallKal is an independent analytical tool and is not affiliated with or operated by any delivery platforms, courier companies, restaurants, or marketplaces.
CallKal does not control and is not responsible for:
• order availability,
• cancellations or delays,
• pricing or payouts,
• rules or policies of third-party platforms.
7. Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in the App, including:
• software,
• design,
• branding,
• analytical models,
are owned by CallKal or its licensors.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer the App without permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
• CallKal shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• CallKal is not responsible for financial loss, lost opportunities, or work-related outcomes.
Use of the App is at your own risk.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the App if these Terms are violated or if required by law.
You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.
Any changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above.
Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
